Oakes Mixer with Chiller
Commonly used with cake batter, whipped topping, and buttercream applications, Oakes Continuous Mixers are equipped with jacketed cooling heads. For applications that require extra cooling, Chiller Units are mounted on a separate frame in a stainless steel enclosure with casters and quick disconnect fittings for glycol connection to the head assembly. This assembly includes a glycol circulator, a condenser, and a compressor.
